Bottled the mead

As a government worker I had the day off, so I finally bottled the peach ginger mead that I started back in September. It had been sitting in a secondary fermenter (5 gallon carboy with an air lock) for nearly four months. Final specific gravity 0.999, about 8.9% alcohol by volume.
